Privacy notice

Who we are

BraunTrack Advisory Group is based in Niverville, Manitoba. Questions or requests concerning personal information can be directed to [email protected].

What the website collects

The free assessment calculates your initial score in your browser. Your answers are not submitted to BraunTrack unless you choose to request a written interpretation and complete the contact form. Enquiry forms may collect your name, company, email, telephone number, role, company-size information and the situation you describe.

Why we collect it

Information is used to provide the interpretation or response you requested, assess whether an engagement is appropriate, prevent misuse of the forms and maintain necessary business records. Contact consent does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form notifications may be delivered through an email service configured by BraunTrack. Information may therefore be processed outside your province or Canada and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which a service provider operates.

Retention and access

We retain enquiries and engagement records only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, contractual obligations and legal or accounting requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing David Braun. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Commercial email

Commercial messages are sent only where consent or another lawful basis exists. Marketing consent is separate from consent to receive a response to an enquiry, and unsubscribe requests are respected.
