Our team
BraunTrack brings business, organizational and systems expertise to established owner-led companies—from four-person teams building their first management structure to companies with 40 or more employees.

Founder and Lead Advisor
David works with established owner-led companies when financial, operational and people challenges have become difficult to separate.
His role is to help owners identify what is actually constraining the company, determine what should be addressed first and establish the ownership and operating rhythm required to carry the work through.
David holds a master's degree in organizational psychology, a bachelor's degree in conflict resolution and is a certified mediator. He brings approximately two decades of experience working with owners, emerging leaders, managers and organizations.
His advisory work combines financial interpretation, operating systems, leadership structure and implementation. Clients typically involve David when the owner remains central to too many decisions, team members are not fully taking ownership, priorities compete, or succession and leadership transitions are approaching.
Based in Niverville, Manitoba, David works with companies across Western Canada through a combination of virtual advisory and on-site work.
Advisors
A BraunTrack lead holds the full client context. Other advisors contribute where their experience directly supports the priorities established for the engagement.

Support
Support specialists are introduced only when an engagement calls for their contribution and the client understands their role.

Client Resource Manager
Svea helps clients stay connected to the people, information and resources their work requires. Her energy, initiative and attention to follow-through support a responsive client experience while owners navigate the pressures of change.

Workflow Systems Specialist
Annaliza leads the systems and development side of BraunTrack and has worked with David for more than eight years. Her background includes web and Android development, senior development work for a Sydney marketing firm, IT support and instruction in QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Office.
When a priority requires something built—automating manual re-entry, replacing a report rebuilt by hand or putting a workflow on rails—Annaliza builds it. She is introduced only when the engagement requires her expertise and with the client's agreement.
How the practice is structured
Every engagement has a named BraunTrack lead who holds the full context. Smaller companies may need help establishing basic ownership and operating rhythms; larger organizations may need coordination across managers, locations or specialist functions.
When work requires valuation, employment law, tax structuring, regulated HR or another specialist discipline, the client's existing advisor or an agreed specialist is involved. BraunTrack strengthens the management system around the business without pretending to replace regulated professionals.
The books reflect David's earlier work in profit and growth and provide background to BraunTrack's broader advisory practice.
